I forgot PIN.

Does anyone know how to reset to factory defaults or resend PIN?

My Onyx is useless right now.

  We are sincerely sorry that the Note Air 3 C does not support resetting passwords. We are afraid that the only way to unlock the device is by resetting the device to the factory default settings.

  *Restoring the factory default settings will delete all data and files on your device. Please backup all important notes or documents before restoring the factory default. You can follow the steps in the video below to reset the device. The steps in the video for resetting the device will be applicable to Note Air 3 C.
