can not update my NoteAir3c

The current version of my device firmware is 2023-10-25_10-28_3.5 and I cannot update to the latest version.

I keep getting the message BOOX is up to date but I do see the new version showing up in the history.

  Firmware rolls out to different devices at different times.

  There are isolated reports of problems so I'm happy other devices are doing the debugging for us.
