Palma epub annotation export does not work
Model - Onyx Palma
Firmware version - the most recent one as of 4/7/2023
Hello,
On NeoReader, TOC -> Annotations -> Annotation Export button does nothing (no response and no menu pop-up)
I tried selecting only one annotation, not multiple annotations, and hit the export button, and still does not work
I also tried different annotation export path, not the same directory of the original epub file but /note. It still does not work.
Is there any workaround?
Will this be fixed soon?
It works well on Tab X anyway. It is a Palma specific issue

In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device.
However, if the firmware is already the latest but the problem persists, we suggest reproducing this issue on your device. I'm having this same problem on my palma. I really hope this gets fixed because otherwise I'll have to use a third party app for this function which isn't as well optimized.
