Dear Boox Support Team,

I am writing to report an urgent issue that has occurred with my Boox Note Air 3 after updating to version 3.5.1. When attempting to print notes or PDFs with annotations, only the background is printed, while the actual content is missing. This significantly impacts my ability to use the device for professional purposes.

This problem represents a significant limitation as I rely on the Boox Note Air 3 for my daily work, and the ability to print notes and annotated PDFs is essential. Without this function, the device unfortunately becomes unusable for me.

I therefore urgently request that you investigate this issue and provide a solution. If possible, I would also appreciate any information on temporary workarounds or any planned updates that may address the issue.

Please note that the reliability and functionality of the Boox Note Air 3 are of utmost importance to professional users like myself. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to this problem so that I can continue my work effectively.

  I have the same issue. When I try to print an annotated PDF the annotations (notes) are missing.

  Axel Hommel I have found that if I share the document as a PDF to my PC via Whatsapp or email, when I print it from the PC the notes/annotations are there. For me they are only missing when I try to print from my Boox Note Air 3 (using share to printer).
