  Of course you can!  You can transfer any file at all onto your device, in fact.

  I suspect you're asking if you can =view= an excel file on your device.
  Since you don't mention which device you have I'll answer that if you have a device with full access to the Android Play Store then yes -- you can install plenty of Apps:

  including the Android version of MS Excel that will happily view (and edit, if that's what you need) the file.
