TabUltraC I can't write ✍🏼

I haven't been able to write on my TabUltraC for a week now. I don't know what happened, but when I use the pen that came with it, it doesn't work. I can't highlight either... On the other hand, the touch screen works perfectly with my fingers. The pen tips are the ones I received in the purchase kit.
