Handwriting with backgroud ocr

I really like my Note 10 (firmware 3.5), I use it for reading, commenting pdfs, Sketchnoting in the Notes App.

There is basically only one functionality that I miss : having handwritten notes, which are searchable.

Let me explain : In the moment I can either use the notes app to handwrite my notes. These are saved as vectors, thus basically images. If I have a very long handwritten note, I'm not able to search for words within this handwritten note.

On the other hand the Notes 10 is very good in recognizing my handwriting (astonishingly), but then my handwriting is translated into machine writing. This machine writing is now searchable (if e.g. a pdf is produced), but there is a graphical loss, that is in sketchnoting, a mixture of sketches and machine writing is just not nice to look at (similarly for mind maps).

However, there is an intermediate possibility, but which is, as far as I can see, not (yet :-) implemented in the Notes software : handwritten (this image) text, with saved background searchable text. Many pdf readers can do this, as for example the pdf Xchange editor : a pdf created from an image of a book page is OCRed, and the OCRed text is saved in the background, what is visible is still the image of the book page, but now it is searchable.

It would be really great if this could be implemented in the notes app.
