Can't Sync Kindle
I have the Boox Note Air 2+ and just opened my Kindle App. I signed in with my id and password, but I am getting an error message of "Unable to sync. Please try again later." Wifi is enabled and I can access the web on my Note Air.

I am having the exact same issue with my Go 10.3. I have gotten the sync to work a couple of times, but the last two days am only getting the unable to sync response. I have tried uninstalling the app twice and restarting the device and nothing is working

I did uninstall and reinstall and was finally able to see my books, but when I click on them, it says "Unable to Load, contact Kindle customer service." But I am able to download the books fine on other Android devices.

Re installing the kindle app did not work for me.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try the following solutions and check if it is possible to fix the problem:1) Please check if the Kindle app you installed is the latest version. We suggest downloading & updating the Kindle from Google Play.
2) Please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn off and turn on the "Automatically set Date and Time" again. Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.
3) Please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.

Unfortunately none of the proposed means helped. My Kindle books still don't synchronize.
Also a book which I've purchased on the amazon web shop did not get downloaded.
I have no problem to get them synchronized with my Kindle App on my Android smart phone.
