Feature Request - Scroll Button setting per app

On Go 10.3 I have set up the Navi button to have Scroll on/off as one of the buttons.  I can then select by app how much this will scroll.  It would be good if I could toggle a button to disable the scroll buttons on certain apps (e.g. Kindle, Notes) which already cater for this.
