Note Pro, Android 9, still waiting for Firmware 3.2?

Hi,

I've updated my Note Pro to Android 9, but it won't update the firmware to 3.2. It says "This is already the latest version" and it's on Build 2021-05-20_10-53_3.1_f1d2ad8. I see there's a manual download for firmware 3.2 on the download page. I tried it and I think it's only for Android 6. How do I get firmware 3.2 for Note Pro Android 9?

  FYI, I ended up sending the device back to Boox so they could downgrade the Android version back to Android 6. Then it could update the firmware. If you're on Android 9 it's a dead end. There are instructions on how to downgrade Android versions yourself, but it didn't work for me.
