Notetaking on epub while reading in neoreader

Hi, 

I've been writing all over my book, making notes on the epub in neoreader. For some reason half of the notes have suddenly been minimised and are now showing as a scribble in a little box. If I click on the box the full note appears temporarily but I don't want to have to do that - I need to be able to see all the notes at once. Presumably I've accidentally changed a setting but I cannot find what it is. The notes have also all moved so they are not in the right place on the original text anymore - this is a lot of work suddenly a whole lot less useful to me. Please help!
