Boox assistant app problem

Hello everyone, I always have synchronization issues with notes in the Boox Assistant app on Android. The notes sync very slowly; it takes days, if not weeks, to see them updated. Is there an alternative to this app that allows viewing notes and books on other devices as well? Is there a way to keep notes and books always synchronized in real-time? I’d like to buy the Boox Palma, but I’m starting to worry about these synchronization issues, which is holding me back from making the purchase.
