Thai font not appear on pop-up dict kindle app in BOOX PAGE

I download kindle app to my BOOX PAGE device. after that. I try to translate some word from eng to thai. But the thai explaintion on pop-up dict is not appear. what should I do ? I try to select different build in font in kindle app but it not work.
