Poke Pro - Scribd/Everand
I've downloaded Everand (through a APK) and reached through the app. The app opens - but for some reason I cannot connect via through the internet. The exact message reads:
'We're unable to reach our server. Please check you Internet connection'
My internet is functioning (appstore works, browser works) So its just the Everand/Scribd apps. I also had a old version of the app (didn't work) and then updated (still didn't work) so I'm not sure whats wrong.
Not sure if this is something on Everand/Scribd side or if there are some system settings on my Poke Pro that I need amend. Helpppp

In this case, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.
If the problem persists, please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.

After that, please send us the video and please submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback.

I updated my device and I am not able to use Everand app anymore. The app opens and goes to a blank page if I hit sign in or start free trial. I was able to use an older version before the device version update.

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please download a 3rd-party browser such as Edge or Chrome from the Google Play first. Then, you could go to Apps > Click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > App Management > App Info > find "NeoBrowser" > Advanced > Browser App > Select the 3rd-party browser. After that, please check if it is possible to log in to the Everland app.
