Boox Palma 1 cannot export annotations

Previously worked with Boox Palma / Neoreader exporting annotations into text files. Now you press annotation export in Neoreader having selected and nothing happens.Tried rejigging all settings and across different file types -- does not seem to work for EPUB or PDF on Boox Palma.
