Software Issues on Note Air 3

Hey, since the new firmware update I experience some issues on my Boox Note Air 3 (b&w). The most crucial thing is that colors don't work with the normal pen tools anymore when the file is exported. Colored shapes do work but I really need colored handwriting for my notes. Please help

  We apologize for the inconvenience.

  In this case, please go to Notes > Click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > Options> > enable "Show original colors of the color stories (non-black)". After that, please check if the problem persists.
