In this case, please long-press the Everand app and see if you can find the "Unfreeze" button. If so, please click "unfreeze" and see if the problem persists.
If the problem persists, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.
If still unable to fix the problem, please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.
If the problem continues, you can try to download the older version of the Everand app via the link below:
