Boox Cloud content not loading

Hi all, new here 👋

I've logged in to Boox Cloud only to find there's a constant 'page loading' spinning icon thing over where the content would display. I'm on Mac and this happens in both Safari and Chrome. Have tried clearing browsing data with no luck.

Any advice?
