ignored Palma v4.0 RC update, where did it go?

I got the update notification, but didn't want to upgrade while reading. Now I can't get the RC update? How can I install it now? I can't imagine this is a one time or forever lost situation...

  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you can update the firmware for Palma via Settings > More Settings > System Update. Then, please check if it is possible to update the firmware.
