earbud software
This really puzzles me.
I paired my Samsung Buds2 Pro earbuds with my Boox Note Air 4C and verified that the earbuds worked with the device. I then installed the Samsung Buds 2 Pro Manager software (to provide an equalizer) using the Google Play Store and the software installed, but after the installation there was no icon on the Note desktop and I do not see how I can actually run the software.
The Play Store display showed the progress of the installation but when it was complete it did not offer me an option to "Open" the software, but only an option to uninstall it. Can someone tell me what is going on here?

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Manager is a plug-in, not an app. You need to download the Galaxy Wearable app first. After that, please check if it is possible to see the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Manager in the Galaxy Wearable app.

I downloaded and installed the Galaxy Wearable app and now everything is working, so thank you for the response and the information.
