Front light

I am totally new to e-readers.  I have used a Samsung tablet to read books. I am interested to try  an e-reader, but I'm not sure about to light. Must I read in daylight or under a lamp?

  Dear customer,
  The Note Max and Go 10.3 are not equipped with a front light. Therefore, these two models do not support controlling the screen brightness and light temperature. So they are more suitable to be used under daylight or a lamp.

  Except for the Note Max and Go 10.3, the rest of the BOOX devices are equipped with a front light. You can use the BOOX device that has a front light in any light condition.
