The boox note 2 e-book readerscreen stopped responding

I have a boox note 2 e-book reader while reading a book in PDF format 
The device screen stopped responding 
I tried a lot to return to factory settings but I did not succeed
While files can be accessed via a computer, 
Please provide me with a solution to this problem
