Boox Note Pro cannot work with Netgear AX12 WIFI router

Note pro version 2.2.2

Netgear AX12 wifi 2.4GHZ, WPA2-Personal(AES)

Note pro cannot connect to WIFI

If I changed WIFI to none security, note can connect to wifi.

All other devices(like Kindle) can work with AX12 with WPA2, only Note cannot.
