Difficulty Reading CAPTCHA

When providing user authentication for the Kindle Reader app on my BOOX Nova 2, in addition to a user name and password, I have to enter a CAPTCHA sequence, but the CAPTCHA sequence keeps moving about and flashing on and off, so I can't read it correctly.  Does this have to do with presentation settings or something else.  Appreciate the help!
