how can i download boox nova 2 user manual?

i bought boox nova 2 last week

 

when i init this device, i choose language "한국어(hangul, korean)".

and then, i tried to download manual click button.

it shows "network error or server error, try later" in korean.

 

but, when i changed the language for "english", it works.

 

how can i download, boox nova2 korean manual?
