How to transfer all folders from PC

Hi,

 

I am new to Note2. I am trying to find the way to transfer all folders from my PC to boox and cannot find the way. to open every folder and subfolder would take too much time and effort for me.

 

And second question: what is best  (app or any other way) to backup all my files?
