Boox Blue driver error
I purchased Boox Blue page turn pedals to use with my Surface Pro4 . They worked well for a week or so. Today, however, an issue emerged. The pedals get discovered by bluetooth, however they don't function and "driver error" is displayed where the device is listed in bluetooth settings.
I tested this with the 2 Windows based laptops I have as well. The pedals work fine at first. Then at some point the "driver error" starts and they just cease to function. The pedals are fully charged and not damaged in anyway. All my drivers are up to date, I checked.
I have several performances coming up which I need these pedals for and hope this can be clarified soon.

Thanks for your prompt response. I'm not sure if I understand your instructions correctly, but I don't believe it's possible for me to send feedback via device since the device in question is Bluetooth pedals (Boox Blue) and doesn't have any interface of its own.
I'm happy to replicate my post if you could point me in the right direction as to where to submit it to.
