Max 3 v2.3 Feedback Feature is Broken
The feedback feature on Max 3 running firmware v2.3 does not allow the user to see the feedback entries once the engineering team responds.
The typical workflow is to submit a new feedback. Then a message displays indicating the software team will respond in 2 business days. Once a response is sent, the feedback entry disappears from the feedback section and the user cannot see the response or respond to discuss the issue.
This completely breaks the feedback feature as there is no way to see the response or provide more information to diagnose issues.

Thanks for letting us know. Could you please confirm with the software department whether this firmware update will definitely include a fix for this issue? I can't imagine why you couldn't find this out before the firmware is released.

I can confirm the bug I described here with the feedback feature has been fixed in v2.3.1 but the feedback feature is still heavily flawed and does not allow a user to respond to messages.
