Max 3 - v2.3.1 - Whole device goes into portrait mode when locked with NeoReader in split mode (app and notes)

When using split mode in the Neo Reader app (the ebook reading app) and the device is put to sleep, all device menus and interfaces (like the home screen) will then be stuck in portrait mode when the device is woken up. The user must put the device back to the regular orientation using the Android settings controls.

This is a bug as only the Neo Reader app should remain in portrait mode.

  We've tested that our Max 3 would not be stuck in portrait mode in this case. You are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.   Boox the device does get stuck in portrait mode. It occurs every time on my device without fail. Please tell me where I can share a google video link to show you the problem occurring.

  I cannot send feedback as the feedback system doesn't work!
