Best PDF Editor

I have a Max Lumi with V3.0 firmware updated Oct 20.  I like the NeoReader V3.0 App but have started exploring other Android (10) PDF Editor/Annotator Apps.  One thing I would like to do is change the highlighter colour to green but it seems the only colours I can have is yellow or orange (once transferred back to PC).  I am asking for others opinions of their preferred PDF Editors and their reasoning.  Thank you.
