microphone issue in voice calls

 

Hi. I am using my Nova3 (apart from reading) in many day-to-day tasks: emails, calendar, chats, messengers, watch learning videos, etc.

The sound recorder works, but the video-chat or voice-calls are not working with microphone: facebook messenger, Google hangouts, Telegram, Skype. all of them are not working nether with internal microphone nor with bluetooth microphone.

I think you should fix the sound profiles. could you please fix the problem. and I can use the device to make calls.

  It seems Boox is not going to do anything about that. What logs should I send you? The problem is simple - dear Boox Support, please try to make any voice/skype/facebook call using Nova 3 and confirm that you can not make it. Pls pass it to the technical team.

  By the way, Max lumi does not have this problem, you can use it as a voice messenger, and make voice calls from Facebook, Telegram, etc.
