Neoreader edits not syncing

I have been syncing PDFs between my PC and my Max 3 using SyncThing. This used to work perfectly: I could download a PDF on my PC, it would be synced to my Max 3, I would annotate it in Neoreader, and the edits would be synced back to my PC.

However, recently, the edits stopped syncing to my PC. Neoreader says that it saves the changes, but the PDF is no longer synced back to the PC. I believe this occurred with the latest software update. 

Please help, as this is essential for my workflow!
