Optimizing Note 3 settings for text browsing

Hey,

I got the Note 3, primarily to read code on GitHub, on a device that's easier on the eyes and doesn't "allow" you to drift to YouTube, Facebook etc.

I'd like to optimize the device settings for my use-case.

I noticed there are several interesting settings, which I didn't find mentioned in the user guide.

Specifically, the "App Optimization - NewBrowser" menu.

It has Display, Refresh and Other tabs, and in each are some interesting settings, which I couldn't quite figure out.

Any other tips are welcome.
