Note 3 Navigation issue

Hi BOOX Help,

I have a specific problem with a feature in the Neo Reader (3) app on my new Boox Note 3.
When using Article Mode (under Navigation) a bug causes the scale of each panel to change size: instead of dividing the page to four equal quarters, say, you get the first panel covering half the screen, the next a quarter, etc.
This basically puts Article Mode out of use. The text can't be read properly because of the shifts in size, and at any rate - with the panels drifting so widely in size, there's no reason why I should use this feature.

I currently can't submit a feedback message via my device (I believ the issue would be clear to anyone with a Note 3 at hand using Article Mode.) If the help center can't help me with this particular issue, would you kindly inform the software team about it?
