Sharing notes with email does not attach file

When attempting to share a note via email, the email app opens (gmail) and I can compose an email.  However, the created .pdf or.png does not attach.

  Have you updated to the newest firmware? If so, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device or go to push.boox.com to click the "Feedback" button. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.
