Unable to install apps

Hello I was tryingto install some apps on my Onyx boox note 3. I frist tried with Onedrive and then with dropbox. After hitting the install button, the pending process is endless. I`ve waited 10+ min and nothing changes. What Can I do?

  Thanks for your post. Please make sure the firmware of your Note3 is the newest.
