[BUG] Note Air - Note-App in Fullscreen after Standby

On my Device (Note Air, FW 3.1) when I have the Note-App in Fullscreen mode (which is my normal way of using it) a part of the screen is not taking input from the stylus after resuming from sleep mode, see screenshot below. When I exit fullscreen and go back into it everything is normal again so it is a software bug, not a faulty device. the area has the size of the floating toolbar, probably some sort of problem here.

I already submitted the bug using the feedback form on the device. But I want to know if anyone else can reproduce this bug on their device?
