Notes are not vectorized when downloaded as pdf

Hi,

since firmware 3.1 my notes aren't vectorized anymore. Notes saved under "Notes old" on the push.boox.com-site are still vectorized when I do a pdf-download. The "Notes new" files are bricky and not smooth anymore.

What can I do?

  Thanks for your post. We will add the vectorized function into "New version of data" in the next version.

  I am observing the same issue using firmware v3.1 on the max lumi. Locally exported notes as PDF files appear to be rasterized at a low resolution. However, if you enable note synchronization with Dropbox, the PDFs it uploads ARE vectorized. Very annoying as I don't want to use a sync service. Hopefully this is fixed quickly as it makes saving the notes locally effectively useless. I've attached a photo that shows the nice, vectorized PDF that Dropbox receives on the left, and the poor low resolution PDF that is saved locally on the right. A huge difference.

  Maybe we can downgrade to firmware v3.0?
