Option to disable Highlight toolbar in NeoReader

While zoomed in and moving a pdf page around with my finger, I often find the text being highlighted unintentionally. And if I am going too fast, the unintended highlighting would remain undetected.

Please can we have a way to disable the Highlight toolbar from appearing, thus disabling that feature.
Or is there a trick I can learn to touch the page and move it without activating that toolbar?
