-SOLVED- Neoreader does not react to touch

This is new, or at least I noticed since a couple of weeks. Neoreader simply does not turn pages anymore and I cannot access the menu to change any setting.

This is not a touch screen issue. The screen works normally through all the programs and I can even write on the text while opening it in Neoreader.

As we speak I turn pages by setting the two arrow buttons through the ball.

So far I tried:

- Deleting and reuploading the text

- Force closing the app and relaunching it

- Reboot and switch on and off.

I have a Note Air with  firmware 3.1_9821c17

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

  This issue has been solved via the support.

  If you have this issue, please notice that the Finger touch option is NOT centralized in the main menu ( top of the screen) but separated through all apps.

  What I had done is that I had deactivated the touch option in NeoReader, but left active everywhere else. Pay attention to this detail
