Issues with Firmware V.3.1

I have a hunch that the new firmware V.3.1 is causing a number of problems and wanted to see if we can come together to collect some information.

  Name of device: Nova 2
  App that have issues (if applicable): NeoReader (native reading app)
  Nature of the issue: Cannot find the app. Before the update, the NeoReader was the default app and whenever I opened a document like Epub file, the document was opened in NeoReader. It no longer brings up NeoReader. 
  I've sent the issue report with the log file.
