    Dear customer,

In this case, you can open a book >  swiping toward the center from the left or the right side of the screen. Then, please check if it is possible to bring up the floating toolbar. For your reference, please check the video at the link below.

You could also use your pen or finger to tap on the center of the book page. After that, please check if it is possible to bring up the menu.

None of those finger taps work.

I have tried tapping everywhere on the screen, left, right, top, bottom and center, and none of those do anything. I can swipe left or right, and that turns the page, swiping at the top opens the system controls and swipping from the bottom brings up the UI, but nothing brings up the NeoReader settings. I can open the NaviBall but none of those open the NeoReader settings either, so I ended up resetting the tablet and rebuilding it. Now, of course, after the system reset, the NeoReader settings are back to the default values.

I looked for some way to reset the NeoReader settings in the tablet setup controls and I did clear the cache, but that did not do anything to solve this problem. Perhaps it would be worth adding some system UI control to reset the NeoReader settings to their default values so it would not be necessary to reset the entire tablet to solve this problem.
