Dictate function?

Hello all, many years ago I broke my knuckle it makes writing difficult, I've been kind of succeeding with a remarkable tablet, but I really need something with a dictate feature or function, so that I could hold down a pen or stylus for a second or two and have it just automatically go to dictate mode because I can't even read my own handwriting sometimes. Is there such an add-on or plug-in, for such a feature? Thank you for your help

  The BOOX device supports the speech-to-text feature. You can use the speech-to-text feature on the Onyx keyboard to convert the speech into text.

  Thank you, I understand it has a dictate mode, but imagine if I was trying to make a blueprint, I would have to keep going back and forth from dictate. What I would like is the ability to draw a sketch, and when I need to add info, for the unit to go into dictate mode. Like if I hold the pen down for 2 seconds have it just dictate text where I need it

  Dear customer,
  We are afraid that it is unable to insert a text box by holding the pen down for 2 seconds. However, you can click the text box icon on the toolbar to add a text box to your drawing. Then, you can use the speech-to-text feature on the Onyx keyboard to add info in the text box.
