downloading the Help file

I downloaded the Boox Help file for my Note Air 4C so I could have access to it even when I did not have internet, but when I tried to open it in the NeoReader I was told that it was not in a format that NeoReader understood, so what can I use to open the downloaded Help file?

And, if there is nothing that will open it on the tablet, what is the reason for a download link?

  Dear customer,
  In this case, you can download the user manual on your Note Air 4 C via Settings > About Device > User Manual > BOOX E-Ink Tablet Series (20241209).

  After that, you can go to Library > Click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > Library Settings > Automatically scan specified folders in the Storage > Add > Storage > Download > select "Onyx" and click "Add". After that, you will be able to see and open the user manual in the Library.
