    Does this have a date or aprox time to update?, maybe a downgrade of some kind to be able to erase parts of the shapes?, or its just wait for a maybe in the short future it will be activated again?

    Dear customer,
    We are afraid that the BOOX device does not support downgrading the firmware version. Upon checking with our team, this issue will be fixed in the new firmware. The new firmware for Go 10.3 is under testing. In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, we will send you the new firmware once it is stable.
