    In this case, you could open the book > tap on the center of the page to bring up the menu > Style > click on the gear icon next to the selected theme > Character Encoding > select "UTF-8" or "ANSI Latin I" or "ANSI Latin II". After that, please check if the problem can be fixed.

    If the problem persists, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please attach the book in the feedback attachment. So that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.
