Screen no longer working
My Boox Go 10.3 screen is frozen with a distorted view of the offline image and when i sent pictures, i was told that it has been damaged by "external force" even though it did not fall and was not hit by any object.
I am now being asked to pay $200 to ship it to Poland and i have to pay for shipping (to and fro), plus freight costs as well.
I am a bit surprised by this as it still falls within the warrantee and the cost of repair is very close to the cost of a new Boox Go 10.3.
I wanted to find out if there is any way to retrieve my notes without using the screen (as the screen is not functional).

We apologize for the inconvenience.
In this case, we are wondering if you have set up an Onyx account on your Go 10.3 before. If so, you can log in to your Onyx account on push.boox.com (US server) / eur.boox.com (EUR server) to check if you sync the notes to your Onyx account.
If you have synced your notes on the Onyx account, you don't need to manually back up your notes. You can simply log in to your Onyx account back to your BOOX device and your notes will automatically recover.
