send2boox keeps asking me to login

Even after entering my phone number and the verification code, I keep running into this popup when trying to access Send2Boox. I’ve tried using my email, phone number, and Onyx account as the username, but nothing seems to work. As far as I know, there isn’t a specific username tied to the account, so I’m stuck and can’t log in.
