BOOX Assistant for iPad/iPhone won't display custom template after firmware update to 4.0

Hi Onyx/Boox,

I updated my Boox Note Air2 Plus to the 4.0 firmware (build 2025-04-01_20-27_v4.0-rel_6d15a71551) and now the Boox Assistant apps for iPad and iPhone won't display my custom template.  I've used both .PNG and .PDF formats for templates and neither will display.

The push.boox.com website DOES render the custom templates fine, so I don't believe it's an issue with sync.  The Assistant app is how I primarily view my notes when I'm not actually working on my Note Air2 P so finding a fix to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
