Physical home button on Max Lumi2 stop working

Physical home button on Max Lumi2 has no response for a while. 

I upgraded it to firmware 2025-06-20_22-22_4.0.2-rel_0620_207722dab4, which supposes the latest one, but it still doesn't fix this issue.

Could anyone help me?

  Dear customer,
  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you could go to Apps > Click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > App Management > enable "Back button set as Home button". After that, please check if it is possible to fix the issue.

  It works!!

  I checked and then unchecked the "Back button set as Home button" setting. The button funtions again!
